Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging.
How to Request a Return
Email us at lisaazenterprises@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at lisaazenterprises@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes or styles within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at lisaazenterprises@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized gloves cannot be returned unless defective.
